Exercise 3 Make time for freedom, space and peace. First read the text and then close your eyes. Imagine: A world in which nothing is compulsory. NOT EVEN FOR YOU. Everybody is free and happy. YOU TOO. The space around you is so large that it feels comfortable. Everybody here lives together in peace. WITH YOU TOO. In this world everybody is allowed to be himself or herself. YOU TOO. Take 5 minutes every day to work on this and look at your own world with different eyes. How does it feel to live in this world? |

Exercise 2 Acknowledge negativity and change. Observe yourself from a distance. BE HONEST!!!! Are you the person you want to be? Do you think what you want to think? Do you say what you want to say? Is there anything you would want to change? Have you discovered anything? Every day you yourself have a choice what to think, what to say and what to do. Make that difference yourself and BEGIN. Exercise 1 Positive Thinking - Communicating - Acting. Think of a situation or a person that you know (this may also be yourself). Think about what would give this other person a good feeling. What does the other like? What would be nice in that situation? When you know the answer…. … THINK about it, TALK about it and DO IT. |
