Exercises about death |
|
The exercises are easier than you might think. Start practicing and persist!! Do you wonder how the exercises relate to death?? Death is more living than you can imagine right now!
One last exercise (From: The Tibetan book of living and dying - S. Rinpoche)
Dedicating our death Think about all other people in the world who are suffering as much or even more than you. Fill your heart with compassion for them. Pray to the one for whom you believe that your suffering can help relieve theirs. Keep dedicating your pain time and time again to relieve their pain. Discover a new source of power within yourself; a compassion you were not aware of before. A certainty that your suffering is not in vain but meaningful. |
